IT or Desktop Support/System Administration Maintain essential IT operations through daily IT ticket management Manage Employee Lifecycle (on-boarding, off-boarding, role changes) including setting up appropriately into systems per the employee role, and procuring and setting up new employee devices Support IT team in administration of users and groups, security permissions, email management and resource monitoring.
Help maintain internal infrastructure requirements including, laptop and desktop computers, phones, security updates; support internet, intranet, LANs and WANs.
Interact with the teams and employees to assist in troubleshooting, identify root cause, and provide technical support when needed Manage our Managed Service Provider (ATSG)'s ticketing system to make sure the tickets are being resolved.
Project coordination and technical writing Develop and maintain departmental documentation related to IT Support Assist users in determining appropriate software solutions to meet needs.
Perform other duties/projects as assigned.
Manage our Mobile device deployment tool
Qualifications:
Strong verbal and written communication skills, and high attention to detail.
Ability to prioritize tasks and efficiently manage time.
High value on customer service, seeing our internal employees and their interactions with IT as vital to success! High-touch and responsive to requests.
Degree in an IT related field or equivalent work experience.
Fresh graduate or an Intern Knowledge of Unix system administration is a plus but not required Work Environment This job operates in a professional office setting.
This role uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines to perform day to day duties and activities.
