IT System Field Technical Analyst

We are looking for a self-motivated, enthusiastic Field Technical Analyst.
Position Activities
This hands on position is responsible for installation, training and support of all Enzo Clinical Lab clients using EnzoDirect or other client systems product offerings. The successful candidate for this role must provide outstanding customer service, possess strong analytical and troubleshooting skills, exhibit excellent business communication skills and demonstrate a desire to tackle the complex problems. The Field Technical Analyst must work with team members to identify and solve problems in a timely manner and have the ability to convey essential information to clients and communicate technical detail into every day terminology.
Responsibilities
Meets 99.0% availability objectives
Handle all Client System Product Support Calls when working in-house including EnzoDirect, Result Printing, EnzoDirect.com.
Handle all sales requests for updating clients systems. (Adding tests to the frequent list, changing report routines, etc.)
Responsible for queuing up results from LIS
Setup Autodial groups for either EnzoDirect or Result Printers.
Monitoring DMZ server to assure result delivery and processing at customers sites
Set up, configure and Install all Client systems Products including EnzoDirect, EZInterface, EnzoDirect.com
Client, Sales and internal employee training on all Client Systems Products
Client Systems Field Maintenance and support for all Client Systems Products
Conduct on-site survey for the best solution and location of our product line
Manage the Act client database to assure appropriate contact and history of events
Ensure all Patient Health Information remains protected
Produce monthly notes to communicate status of projects and initiatives
Have the ability to communicate with and understand the needs of non-technical internal/external customers
Qualifications & Competencies
Education- Associate's degree or equivalent.
Experience- 3 years of related experience,
Must possess hands on experience with TCP, IP, HTTPS, HTTP, FTP, SFTP, SSL, and SSH.
Knowledge of routers, switches and all major ISP connectivity.
Experience working with servers 2008, 2012 R2
Experience working with Web Servers
Networking knowledge: LAN, DHCP, Web Service, WAN, & VPN.
Windows and Mac OS knowledge.
Communication: Excellent oral and written communication skills, including strong record keeping and documentation skills. Excellent organizational skills, follow up and attention to detail.

Must be able to lift and transport computer related hardware up to 70 pounds.
Approximately 10% travel required.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
